Had room on 21st floor for 7 people...our room was awesome. Very well laid out for family of four & two grandparents...had "mud room" in between the rooms which was great for storing floats, shoes, toys, etc. Loved the fact we had a grandparents room with only a bed, sink, bathroom, and small fridge. Full kitchen was in the "other" side of the apt. Was not real happy with the resort - the splash part of the resort was very loud, two of our kids wouldn't even go over to it, as it scared them (was loud due to the sound bouncing off the inside walls), one pool was inside, and it was so freezing they wouldn't get it. The other pool was 1/2 inside and 1/2 outside...was a litle warmer but still very cold, and the other pool that was completely outside was closed down due to remodeling. Parking is across the street, which has a beautiful covered walkway, BUT....it is located behind a little shopping area, so you do have a litle walk to your car. The resort was very close to the actual beach water and the chairs were included in our rental, and the kid was very nice and checked on us several times. Other than the inital checkin we really never saw many staff people...only the people doing the remodeling, which I am sure weren't resort workers. Never saw any staff cleaning up pool areas which was a little weird I thought for the number of people that were there
