My husband and I were so pleased with our stay here. Not only was it convenient to 95 but the entire staff were so kind and friendly! Our room faced toward 95 but we heard no sounds at all, ever. It was such a huge very new room with comfortable seating and plenty of space plus a nice new refrigerator. And it was so clean! The entire staff, from reception where you are greeted to the people at breakfast and others were always friendly and asking if there was anything else we needed. My only suggestion would be to add more parking and in our room, there were a lot of cables going into the tv that didn't look to nice. But those are just suggestions. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

From the minute we arrived, we were assisted by friendly staff. The room was spacious, comfortable & one of the few hotels w/two bedrooms, two bathrooms & a complete kitchen for a reasonable price. Breakfast was also included. The hotel does it's very best to ensure quiet evenings & is knowledgeable in suggesting the perfect dining/sightseeing areas around Mystic. I have been traveling from Pa. to Ma. a couple times /yr for over 25 yrs. I often have one or more special needs children with me. This hotel is by far one of my very favorites. Staff excelled in customer service...every one of them! I can't wait to go back!
