Overview

Located on a stunning beach, only 15-minutes from downtown Cancun, Fiesta Americana has a lot to offer its guests. Families can stay in a Deluxe Room or a Junior Suite. Units are arranged in colorful, “pueblo-like” five-story buildings. La Palapa, an onsite restaurant, has buffet breakfasts and a la carte meals throughout the rest of the day. Drop your kids off at Fiesta Kids Club for a fun-filled day of supervised activities. The whole family will enjoy splashing around in the pool. If your kids can’t get enough water, the beach is right there, as well as a nearby water park. Parents may want to check out the onsite spa for some face or body treatments.

Had a great time at Fiesta Americana Cancún Villas. Rooms were well maintained throughout our visit. The property has a nice pool area that you can access the beach area easily. The pool staff was great especially Rafaela and Wendy. Jorge and Gustavo kept the guest entertained with music and different activities such as bingo and water aerobics. We would definitely recommend this resort if planning a trip to Cancun. Restaurants on site were very good and the resort is in close proximity of other restaurants and shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Fiesta Americana Cancun Villa. The rooms were clean and maintained well. There are two restaurants on property with a third about to open. The pool area is spacious and maintained very well. There is easy access to the beach area from the pool area. Superb bar service was provided by Rafaela, Elsa, and Wendy! Jorge and Gustavo interact with the guests with games and music in the pool area. Ignacio, Pool Service Manager, has a great staff working for him.

There are restaurants and souvenir shops within easy walking distance as well.
