This is a very nice place to stay and perfect for business travel. Rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. The best thing of this hotel is the beach with super soft sand and incredible ocean view. The pool area is little and can be improved.
The food is really good but definitely overpriced.

Not only is this a beautiful superbly 5***** location, but the best kept secret in Quintana Roo! And the secret? The Lobby bartender Christian makes each guest and visitor feel as though he or she is the only person in the secluded bar. His pleasant attitude, genuine smile, happy demeanor wash away the intensity of a a long day of touring. Christian is a genius at mixology with many lovely tricks as pouring the liquor down a long stir stick to create a waterfall entering your glass, he uses a mild pepper rim coating, rather than crispy salt for margarita rims. When a new bottle of wine needed to be brought from another bar, his profuse apologies for the momentary wait showed exquisite staff training. His smile is meant to make each client feel special. One customer walked in and said, "You know the last time I was here I had a refreshing fruit style cocktail..." No more words needed! Christian said, "I remember!" and decribed it in full detail ... that's perfection!
