Overview

Laguna is in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone and inside the Pok Ta Pok Golf Club. Rooms overlook the Nichupte lagoon and pristine golf course. The atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil at this resort. Rooms feature basic amenities with air-conditioning and cable television. Nicte-Ha, meaning water flower, is an a la carte restaurant serving food for all meals of the day. At Laguna, families may enjoy the pool or nearby beaches, which although 10 minutes away, is available via free shuttle. Cancun itself has a lot to offer. Should your family want to explore marine life or take a day trip to the Mayan ruins, the resort has a travel center and car rental on the premises. Parents may want to visit the spa at Laguna for some body and facial therapeutic treatments.

Enjoyed our stay here for a week. The area is very quiet and a bit away from the downtown area. It is as we liked it. There is no view but a no access golf course in the back. The free shuttle to hop into one hotel to another is a great help. Their restaurant is small but lots of food to choose from for all inclusive perks. They made a great mojito. However after a week then we got tired of eating almost same cycle of food. Staff in the restaurant are friendly and accommodating. The pool is okay, small and good enough to soak while you drink your desired drinks that you ask from the bartenders.

I stayed here in this hotel for 6 nights and 7days and my experience here is wonderful..the hotel feels relaxing and quiet. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean .. We check in so fast and all the services are fast and easy.. It only have 1 restaurant and a bar the foods and the drinks are very good and the services from.the crew are great specially Silvestre, Juan, Adrian, and Crisofolo their service are wonderful I'll definitely want to.come back here again ????????????????????????????????
