Will NOT accomodate 5th person to a room - even if PAYING MORE MONEY

Horrible experience talking with the front desk. Despite booking a room with 4 people and offering to pay more for a fifth guest, the hotel front desk told me to either book another room or call diamond desk. This means I had to end up going to a different hotel in order to have my family together! Do not stay here if you have a family with more than 4 people!

Under reconstruction

First off let me say that everyone at the hotel was great. Very professional and kind. Food was good and service was top notch. If you like 50 or so construction workers walking around the hotel while you are trying to enjoy it this is the place for you. A lot of noise and mess everywhere. Certain things and amenities on website you will not get to enjoy because they have those things shut down. It’s false advertisement. No where did it state that they were renovating the place when we booked months ago. Shows were cancelled last minute. The actual rooms are nice but our fan and light continued to turn off and on all through the night I had to shut it all the way off to actually sleep but then I was hot all night. If you can book somewhere else for this year please do. Call before you book to see if the construction is done. Not worth the money we spent.
