Located on a hill overlooking Lake Winnipesauke and all the action of Weirs Beach, the Cozy Inn lives up to its name with comfortable lodgings — think hand-knit comforters and scattered antiques — at reasonable prices. Guests at the inn can take advantage of an outdoor pool and wraparound front porch, as well as use of a common kitchen for impromptu meals. For more privacy and freedom, the inn also administers 15 cottages with private kitchens, fireplaces and screened-in porches with gorgeous views of the lake below.

Really great place.

A group of 18 of us stayed at Lakeview, we stayed in the cozy inn,We really loved the wonderful old house ,with the beautiful antique furnishings. We had a dining room and living room and also a kitchen, we were able to cook our meals, hang out in living room and the rockers on porch was great to sit in and looking at the wonderful views of weirs beach and the lake .

Overrated but has definite merits

Don't stay here if you are in any way mobility limited. To get to our cabin, we climbed rickety stairs and rocks. The location is fabulous as long as you are able to walk up and down a steep hill to the pier.
The room and bathroom are tiny, and smell musty. Furnishings old and worn. But the AC was a champion on a very hot night, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the pool and view are fantastic. The staff are lovely. So, for the young and fit not requiring luxury, this place is fine, but definitely not four stars.
