We got married at The McPherson a few weeks ago and the Parkway Hotel was recommended to us by the venue. I had never heard of it before so I was interested to see the hotel and their accommodations. The hotel has been renovated in the past few years and the rooms are very modern and clean. Angela gave us the full tour and we were so pleased that we set up a wedding block of rooms and even booked ourselves in one of their suites for the weekend. From working with Angela to our 2-night stay, the whole experience was great!

We've stayed at the Parkway before and had a good experience, but on this visit, we were given room 626, directly below the 24 hour fitness center. We were awakened multiple times during the night due to treadmill noise and people dropping weights. Staff didn't see to know why there would be noise when I called at 9:30 pm - and when I expressed dissatisfaction to the front desk manager at checkout, she tried to blame "inconsiderate people" using the fitness center. She accepted no responsibility and offered no compensation for our negative experience. Poor customer service.
