My stay at panama jack Playa del Carmen was terrific , the food was great ,the room beautiful .we were treated very well by all staff but some were excellent: at the front desk jaqueline and Violeta were very friendly and helpful ,the solved a problem we had and said. It was their pleasure. Aaron the bell man always greeted us warmly and knew our names and answered our questions easily.the club concierge Veronica Delator assisted us with a big problem she understood we were upset and worked to resolve it. She contacted her superiors in the club and the hotel and fixed it to our satisfaction , a wonderful person ! At the Zarape restaurant the cook Fabian ,the captain Lucy , were excellent . Our waiter Oscar ( 3 times ! ) was amazing , professional , funny. The Ventanas restaurant was great ! The variety , display of food excellent ! The staff worked as a real team : Jose ,Antonio ,Rutilio and Rodiver took orders refilled drinks ,chatted , were very friendly , answered questions.also at ventanas were Edwardo and Gabriel ,they were excellent we enjoyed being with them . We ate all our breakfasts ,most lunches and several suppers there . the bartender at Las Olas bar ,Israel was very good , friendly and helpful , the waitress there Liliana, was terrific coming by to ask us if we needed anything ,very friendly . The woman at the coffee bar , Evritin was pleasant , and knowledgeable . The bartender Alahandro was very very good and friendly . Landry and Baquel were very good ,did their jobs very well . Also Hiram and Orlando were excellent : pleasant , helpful , great !
