A truly delightful experience

This is a very special hotel - with a great deal of history - Martin Luther King and President Lincoln both stayed there - though not at the same time!
It is situated just beside the White House - which means it is an easy walk away from all of the monuments. we had a great early morning walking around them - to make the most of the peace and early morning light.
The bar is a round one and has an intimate cosy feel.
The rooms are large and very relaxing.
Also loved the electric toilet, heated seat etc

THERE ARE NO OTHER HOTELS IN DC

There are no other hotels to consider in DC. For location, class and amenities, the Willard is #1. The Round Robin bar welcomes you back, and the restaurants in the neighborhood are all within walking distance if you want to go out. If you're in DC to see the sights, you can't get any closer than the Willard.
