I have stayed here numerous times and am always very happy. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the rooms are comfortable and the amenities are top notch! I highly recommend this location!

Location is great for Disney or any other places in Orange county. The place is a little dated and could use an update.
Service was good with exception of one.
We arrived early at 9am. No rooms ready but the woman said to return at 12 and there should be something.
We went on our way had lunch, grabbed some supplies and returned at noon. The gentleman at the desk said nothing would be ready until 3pm at check in time. He never even looked. We said ok and sat in the lobby and watched several people check in and get their keys. We went back up and told him that we were here since early AM. He said you just asked me and there are no rooms. Very rude.
We sat and saw that the woman whom originally asked us to come back had returned. We went o her and asked if she had anything. She looked and said, no problem.
I dont understand why the gentleman didnt even check. Very puzzling.
Otherwise the stay was good. Cooked breakfast and cocktail happy hour included.

Granted it was not the most flavorful but saved us a lot of money instead of eating out.
