Situated in the center of Dublin is Trinity College. It is an actual university, but its architecture and history draws tourists from all over the world.

Guided tours with Authenticity Tours are offered at the college and last a little more than 30 minutes. (Combo tickets can include the Book of Kells and Old Library.) Families will visit the four major squares of the college while hearing about the more than 400-year-old history of the college. The guides are actual students of Trinity College.

Things to Know/Bring

Advanced purchase of tours is not currently available. Families can just show up at the Front Gate, where there is an Authenticity Tours ticket desk to purchase tickets for the next scheduled tour. Inside the walls of Trinity College is all cobblestone pedestrian streets, which may prove difficult for strollers.
