Located on Padre Island within the Padre Island National Seashore is Malaquite Beach. Families will love to play in the sand and swim in the Gulf of Mexico here. Vehicles are not permitted on the beach, so it’s safe for children to play in the sand. Camping is permitted and restrooms, changing areas and rinse showers are available.
