What we love about the Central Park Zoo is its small size, covering just 6.5 acres in New York’s Central Park and making it a fantastic attraction to visit with little ones.
Youngsters will enjoy up-close experiences with a snow leopard, grizzly bear, sea lions, penguins and more. There’s also the Tisch Children’s Zoo, with goats, a cow and the most adorable pot-bellied pigs! Toddlers and young kids will especially enjoy all the interactive features.
Other features at the Central Park Zoo include a 4D theater, Draw Like a Scientist program, and our favorite, sea lion and penguin feedings! The Central Park Zoo Quest is also spectacular for families, with free guide-led activities and programs throughout the zoo.
