Wendy left public relations to raise twin boys. Outnumbered, she sought respite by going back to work. She began travel writing and — as a native-Californian and “beachaholic” — reviewed West Coast beaches from Tahoe to San Diego. Pre-kids, Wendy spent summers in Hawaii (best beaches on the planet) and traveled through England, France, Germany, Italy, Greece (more beaches), Canada and the Caribbean (24/7 beaches). She’s written for About.com, Running Times, TWINS, Grand, H20, Sacramento magazine, Washington Parent and is a regulator contributor to Richmond Family Magazine. Today, the writer and her family live two hours from Virginia Beach.
