The Milwaukee & Northern Railroad arrived in Elkhart Lake in 1873, helping drive the town’s growth as a resort destination. The historic railroad station still stands in the Village Square, but now acts as a mini-museum with artifacts and memorabilia. Kids love the restored caboose outside. Climb on and take a cute picture. Museum open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
