The town of Put-In-Bay is located on South Bass Island. This 33-acre state park situated on Lake Erie offers camping, fishing, boating, swimming and ice fishing in the winter. Families can swim at the small stone beach or go fishing at the pier. There is a public boat ramp where visitors can launch boats, kayaks and jet skis. There are no lifeguards at the beach.
