This moderately difficult trail leads you up to Tom’s Thumb, a granite rock formation in the McDowell Mountain preserve. The round trip is a little over four miles, taking most groups approximately two hours. It’s a popular trail with great views and easy access from Scottsdale–a perfect place to burn off some vacation calories!
