The largest church in Prague is also the most popular for visitors to see. The gothic church has seen the likes of noblemen and royalty, with kings and queens coronated in the church. Royalty have also been buried here, as well as archbishops and patron saints. Although construction on the church began in the mid-1300s, it was not completed until the end of the 19th century.
