My sister and I stayed on the 8th floor. Our room was excellent. All the amenities of home including washer and dryer. We had a perfect view of the ocean and pools of the property. Our hotel mgr Jeannie was the most perfect host with tons of information about what was going on while we were there. We will definitely stay there again.
EXCELLENT STAY.

This was our 3rd stay here in the last 6 years.Roxanne Towers never disappoints.It is about a 5 minute walk to the pier.Every room has an ocean facing balcony.We had the 11th floor and what a view!How we loved our coffee there in the a.m. and our drinks in the p.m.The property is a little dated but super clean.King bed was comfortable,Murphy bed came in handy one night,wasn't bad.Plenty of sheets blankets and pillows for both.Bathroom nice,doors to bedroom and hallway,plenty of towels and TP.The kitchen is nicely equipped,enough to do basic meal cooking.Washer and dryer worked fine,always a plus having that.There are 2 pools and a lazy river thing we enjoyed,plenty of chaise loungers and inner tubes.There is a walkway from the pool right onto the beach.There are beach towels available at the desk.They sell 10lb ice for guests$1.75 that is super convenient.The staff is very friendly,helpful and accommodating.Parking onsite or right across the street.There are bigger and newer properties up and down Ocean Blvd but for the price,amenities,guarantee of a balcony and just plain nostalgic charm you can't beat this place.One thing I will mention but probably wouldn't matter to most-the balcony has a small table and 2 of those Rubbermaid type molded plastic chairs.Nothing wrong with that but if you plan on spending serious time on balcony might want to bring a few camp chairs like we did.All in all a great place to stay.
