Came here for business travel 3 nights hoping that since it is a Hilton Property that there are some minimum expectations on the property and service.
Check in was fine but upon inspecting the room, I realized that I made a horrible mistake in booking this place
The room appears to from the 90’s and everything appears to be encrusted with dirt and grime especially the bathroom and the carpeting.
Mattress cover had a blood stain and no electric outlets on the lamps on the nightstand. I had to physically move the night stand to access the 1 open electric outlet behind the stand.
I requested a late checkout and received a 2pm checkout by a front desk personnel in the morning. She did not inform me that the room key would not work past noon, thus when the room key did not work, went down to get the key activated.
Syed at the front desk associate was questioning why I received the late checkout since they are sold out and that the staff member who gave me the late checkout either
Should not have given me the late checkout or failed to reprogram the key or should have told me that the room key would not work after 12pm
I told him perhaps since I am a diamond member that the morning staff gave it to me out of courtesy and he replied, I have lot of diamond members waiting to checkin in today
Well if this is how you are going to treat your loyal diamond level guests, I guess I will find other Hilton properties near by in the future.
I would not stay here again if my life depended on it
