Chicago’s largest park is Grant Park, a.k.a “Chicago’s Front Yard.” Resting along the shores of Lake Michigan, the 319-acre park is home to Buckingham Fountain and the free summer classical concert series known as the Grant Park Music Festival. The fountain is a must-see, shooting water 150 feet into the air during a spectacular 20-minute water show that plays every hour, on the hour, during the warm months.
