Several tours are offered with this sailing charter company, including snorkeling tours, sunset sailsm and whale watching tours. The 64-foot luxury catamaran can accommodate more than 50 people. It sets sail toward Molokai island before anchoring where everyone can hop in the warm water and look for colorful fish and sea turtles on the snorkel tour. Enjoy lunch and drinks onboard and then sail back to the beach while searching the ocean for whales and dolphins, depending on the season. The whale watching tour is similar, but guests don’t swim or snorkel.
Pro Tip: During the winter months, if you want to snorkel and see whales, book the snorkeling tour, not the whale tour. It is very likely you will see whales while on the snorkel tour but you can’t snorkel on the whale tour.
Hours
Schedule varies based on tour.
Things to Know/Bring
The tours set sail from Kaanapali Beach, and this is a beach-boarding catamaran. This means visitors should expect to get wet up to their knees when boarding the boat. Bring or wear a swimsuit, cover up, light jacket, towel and reef-safe sunscreen. Reef-safe sunscreen is provided onboard and guests are asked not to use spray sunscreen onboard, as it can cause a slipping hazard. The snorkel tours last about four hours and the sunset and whale watching tours (from December through April) run about two hours. Snorkel gear is provided. There are bathrooms onboard, as well as areas covered from the sun.
Dining: A hot lunch, prepared by The Westin Maui hotel, and an open bar, is included with all tours.
