Was coming for the sauna area (which iš nice and neat), but expected much more from the Hotel. Paid extra for a better double room to enjoy, but was disappointed.
Shower door was broken, water splashed all over, anemities were worn down. The room was not spacious, covered in big night curtains, so it seemed dark and dull. There is only one bed, table and chair. Looks like dorm room. Lack of light. Completely not worth of paying extra.

I ordered pre-catering at self service restaurant, as it turned out you have to rush there, even though it says that you can dine at 17-19, at 18 there was only half of the menu left and there is no refill done. So you have to pick what is left. The empty plates were laying there, telling the stories of all the foods you won’t be able to try.
The situation with breakfast was better at least. Despite the shortage food is tasty.

I would like to come back because of Aquapark, but not choosing to stay there for sure.

If you are looking for a nice hotel to relax and enjoy time with family go somewhere else but Aqua. We spent two night in this hotel, the first night we realized our room is close to a nightclub or disco as it was very noisy. We could not sleep at all also our children had problem with sleeping due to the noise. Next morning ask to change our room, what did not work out at the end due to miscommunication of the stuff. We had to spend one more night in the noisy room again no sleep till 5 in the morning. Next day I wanted to talk to the hotel stuff or the manager, but was no willingness from their side. No customer service, no willingness to solve problem, limited English...never again
