We loved the Seal's Day

A friend and I visited on 11/2 for an event at the Inn titled Seal's Day. We enjoyed a boat ride out on the pond along with a few others and a superb Naturalist. We did get to see the seals (they had binoculars), many birds and enjoyed a journey out to see the jetty heading out to the Atlantic. The Inn itself is a charming, quaint sister property of the Ocean House (which we love). The views and the grounds are really calming and serene. We got to the Restaurant after lunch hours but they allowed us to sit there because of a wedding gatheing happening at the bar and that was much appreciated. Our waitress Elizabeth was friendly and attentive. We much enjoyed the lighter fare menu and I suspect the regular menu to be of the quality. Prices can vary but it's well worth it, especially on a fun girl's day out. Thank you.

Stopped in with the wife for a drink.
We found it to be stuffy and expensive.
$15 for an old fashioned . Rooms are outrageously expensive... but hey... if money is no concern this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.
