Missouri’s largest state park sprawls across 17,000 acres and encompasses 85 miles of shoreline with rare public access to two beaches and boat-launching areas. Look for plenty of hiking trails, horseback riding, picnicking and swimming. Naturalists present programs in an open-air amphitheater during the summer; the park also provides guided hikes and a variety of other programs.
