Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Sea Captain’s House Restaurant was built in 1930 as a vacation home for the family of Henry Taylor. After a few ownership changes, the current restaurant was opened in 1962 and continues to welcome visitors to enjoy a meal as they watch the waves roll into shore. The Sea Captain’s House Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and includes gluten-free and vegetarian options. For breakfast, menu items range from omelets and eggs benedict to pancakes, waffles, and biscuits and gravy. Lunch and dinner menu items include soups and appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and entrees featuring steak, seafood, chicken and pork. Children’s menus are available all day.
Regular menu pricing ranges from $10 to $30 per item. The restaurant offers daily specials as well as monthly lunch specials. Other specials are offered throughout the year. Open seven days a week with hours varying by season.
