This boutique hotel was built in 2010 and has tasteful, modern furnishings. Part of the TopSail Village, several units are available for rent. Two- and four- bedroom suites, each with two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and washers and dryers, are best for families. They range from 956 to 1,450 square feet respectively, and come with flat-screen TVs with DIRECTV access and DVD players. Please be aware that children under 12 are not allowed to stay in the king suites — only the two and four bedrooms.
Located a half-mile from public beach access, at Stallworth Preserve, and less than a mile from TopSail Hill Preserve State Park, there is plenty of white sand beach within easy reach. You can also enjoy giant sand dunes and coastal dune lakes. Grand Boulevard shopping and the boutiques, galleries and festivals of Baytowne Wharf are also close by. Grayton Beach and WaterColor are fun areas to visit, too.
A pool and easy parking are provided, but daily maid service and telephones are not. Wi-Fi is included and most units have private balconies or patios.
