Overview

The 3 Peaks Resort and Beach Club sits just two blocks from the Heavenly Resort, where guests can enjoy outdoor activities year-round. There are 65 guestrooms and suites with king or double beds, fireplaces and free Wi-Fi. Suites also include mini-fridges and microwaves, plus balconies. Some also have full kitchens.

Guests will enjoy the onsite pool, plus the various skiing, hiking and biking trails located around the resort. There are also tennis courts.

There is no onsite dining, but local eateries include Base Camp Pizza Co., the Driftwood Cafe and the Azul Latin Kitchen.

The resort also offers laundry services and free parking for guests.

I messed up!

I made a reservation on Hotels.com and put the wrong date! When we showed up our reservation was for the night before! My card was charged, flagged as a No Show! The Young Woman at the desk was not able to help other than to offer another room at an excellent rate. She suggested I speak to the GM Gary Jones the next day to see if he could help me out! He did! He was very nice and he refunded the charges for the night we were a No Show! The room was roomy,comfortable and clean! It smelled fresh which is important since we were traveling with our pup! So many dog friendly places are nasty! This may not be a 4☆ but I was treated 4☆

What a gem!

I had business the following day in Tahoe on the north shore but decided to stay on the South Shore for one night. I went online and checked out three peaks Lodge and made my reservation. Front Desk was incredibly friendly especially Isaac. My room was immaculate and appropriately appointed. I cannot recommend highly enough this gem for an fordable stay
