Great stay ! Clean, friendly front desk

Room was a bit small as expected since it was in the heart of NYC! Overall, very clean and comfortable. As well, front desk was friendly and pleasant. It is close to grocery store, bagels and other fast food and convenience stores.

Some areas of improvement - it took 48 hrs for them to find an amazon package delivered to the hotel and their elevator is extremely slow

Overall a pleasant stay and we would stay again !

Breakfast non existent

Stayed in room 2204 which was ok apart from when needed to check out had to wait 45 minutes as only 2 elevators. Not acceptable nor was the advertised breakfast from 6:30 to 10 went at 8am no room anywhere,nothing hot to eat as was advertised. Managed to get a tiny muffin and perch in the hotel lobby. Seemed like loads of people coming in from outside to get a free breakfast. Not right. Breakfast area was too small
